● Booking & Payment
We ask for payment in full at the time of booking for all Spa Experiences to confirm your day and price. This is transferable up to 14 days before your booked spa date
It is ESSENTIAL to pre book all treatments to avoid disappointment. All Treatments included In the spa packages are subject to availability. Itinerary timings may be subject to change without notice
● Treatment and Spa Prices
Are shown per person & Inclusive of Vat. All prices may be subject to change without notice.
We ask for you to arrive 5-10 minutes before your allocated treatment time to ensure a relaxing experience. Treatments have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
● Spa Day Etiquette & Treatments
We ask that you always allow enough time for your experience.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment, so we can get you registered and in peace with the area you will be enjoying throughout your spa.
Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt Appointment schedule is adhered to, Late appointments may not be honoured & No discounts will be given.
Treatments that start late will still finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.
We ask for Hotel and Spa Guests to only wear their Robes & Towels within the Beauty & Spa areas. Robes and Swim wear are not permitted within the main hotel including the Coffee House, Restaurant, Lounge Bar & Reception for you own comfort and other hotel guests
To maintain a relaxing environment for your spa, the minimum age for treatments & use of the leisure facilities is 16. We regrettably cannot accommodate babies & children in the treatment rooms and facilities
● Pregnancy & Medical Conditions
Please mention where possible on booking of pregnancy and severe medical conditions, It is extremely important that our therapists now of this prior to your treatment.
Guests with Serious Medical Conditions or who are pregnant will put themselves at risk by entering the Sauna, Steam Room or Jacuzzi. Please ask for more details if required.
Massage can not be performed on First Trimester Pregnancies.
● Mobile Phones
We ask ideally for mobile phones to be switched off during your spa experience. If this is unrealistic we would ask for your phone to be place on Silent and calls to be made/taken away from our relaxation and treatment areas
● Dietary Requirements
We offer a ploughman's style Light Platter lunch to most Spa Experiences. If you have any special dietary requirements please do let us know where possible prior to your arrival to ensure this can be accommodated
Booking & Payment
ADVANCED SAVER RATE:
We ask for payment in full at the time of booking for all Hotel rooms looking to enjoy our advance saver rate. This is transferable up to 14 days before your booked arrival date
RACK RATES :
All our Rack Rates are adheared to a 72 hour cancellation and payment is required for the room in full upon arrival.
To maintain a relaxing environment for our spa guests and members, the minimum age for use of ourleisure facilities is 16.
Robes, Slippers & Swimming Towels
Are not available as standard in our hotel rooms, however they can be hired from our main reception desk if desired.
