Hi, I am Eve, I am an EMDR Practitioner and fully accredited CBT Psychotherapist and Supervisor with the BABCP. I am experienced in supporting individuals aged 18 years and over with Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) are evidence based psychotherapies which can be highly effective. I offer weekly appointments either in person or online Tuesday to Friday. I offer a free, 20 minute introductory appointment via the telephone. The introductory call is a great opportunity to explore how therapy may be useful and if I would be a good fit. In addition to the therapeutic work I deliver I also supervise CBT Psychotherapists and am a Clinical Supervisor with the University of Reading. I worked within the NHS for over 12 years before embarking on my private practice which I am delighted to run from The Cleve.
