True to the teachings of Joseph Pilates, our classes imbue the belief that mental and physical wellbeing are inextricably linked. Pilates teaches a range of techniques and movements that improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.

A full-body workout in water! This class uses water resistance to tone all muscle groups with minimal impact on joints and back. And it’s great fun! Improve flexibility, muscle tone, fitness and endurance with this moderate intensity cardio workout in water.
Suitable for all; no swimming ability required.
LEGS BUMS TUMS
An old favourite… and for good reason! This classic workout offers great toning on the areas we all want to target – legs, bums and tums. Tone up, firm up and burn fat! Using a mix of compound exercises to target a range of muscles, this medium-intensity workout will lift and tone in all the right places.
Intense is its middle name. And boy does it deliver! High Intensity Interval Training alternates short periods of intense aerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. A challenging, results-driven workout with interval times varied according to fitness levels.
BOX - FIT
Stressful day? Box it out! Dubbed ‘Active Mindfulness’ because of the mental benefits of focused fitness training, this class is the ultimate mind-body workout. A fun and challenging full body workout that uses the fundamentals of boxing along with functional movements to leave you physically and mentally energised!
Visible results, fast! A medium- to high-intensity workout based around Kettlebell weights.
Tailored to your ability, this strength training class engages a range of muscle groups in your upper and lower body. Improves flexibility, muscle tone and general fitness. A great all-round workout for all. Fun and engaging.
CYC - FIT
Our high intensity studio cycling is a serious workout for your legs! This low-impact class provides a full cardio workout, focusing mainly on the legs and bum. A mix of interval, endurance and strength training. Great fun, but not for the faint hearted!

Strengthen hips, glutes and upper legs to support your core muscle work and maximise benefits to posture, strength and overall wellbeing. Achieve muscle balance through imbalance.
The complete wellness package. Correct breathing techniques are fundamental to our physical and mental health. Yet it’s surprising how few of us breathe effectively. This class will awaken body and mind with a blend of mindfulness techniques, Pilates and stretch exercises. Relaxing, energising and suitable for all.
Supple body and sound mobility are cornerstones of physical wellness. Support your body’s natural health processes. A gentle yet effective class designed to stretch and release joints and tight muscles. Feel naturally stronger. Move more freely.
Be strong, live long. There is more truth in the statement than most realise. This class focuses on strengthening and toning muscles using a variety of gym-based equipment and weights.
The gains are wide ranging from body mechanics, to bone and muscle health and density. Improve balance, posture and tone.
