I trust that you find the details helpful, but please note these are purely guidelines. We are very flexible and hope that you will give us the opportunity to tailor make your wonderful day. No request is too unusual and specific tastes can be readily catered for.  

 

We can accommodate from 10 to 200 guests in a choice of four rooms, or offer sole occupancy of the hotel's ground floor, catering for up to 300.  

 

The Cleve is licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies, allowing the happy couple to marry and celebrate under one roof.  

 

Built by the Fox brothers and now run by the Clarke family, this English country house is the perfect place to meet, dine or relax and unwind. Peaceful gardens and magnificent views of the surrounding Blackdown hills offer a beautiful setting for your special day. Three acres of gardens including a large patio are a splendid backdrop for group photographs, as well as providing children with an ideal play area.  

 

Recognising the importance and intricacy of arrangements, our senior managers personally handle all details with you, offering advice where needed and attending to you and your guests throughout the day.

I just wanted to write and say thank you for all your help in creating what was a perfect day for us.  

Everything went to plan, and so many guests we spoke to have praised The Cleve - the property, the location, the food and particulary the service.  

There are so many wedding venues, and most have lovely settings, but it is the staff that can turn a professional service into a really friendly, successful event. All of your staff were polite, friendly and professional - I can't name them all, but we at the top table were especially well served and your evening manager Ollie matched your own personal high standards.
