Booking Conditions

• The Music Room is available for parties with a minimum charge of £4500 excluding additional accommodation(Saturdays Only)
• Provisional bookings are held for 14 days with no charge or obligation
• Bookings must be confirmed in writing with a non-refundable deposit of £1000
• A further deposit of 50% of estimated final balance is required six months prior to your celebration to confirm exclusive use of hotel and gardens
• Full payment must be received 14 days before the date of the celebration
• Bedrooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival
• Bar licence extends until 12.00am
• All prices are subject to alteration at the manager's discretion
